As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for: Provide 1:1 support to a Year 3 child with an EHCP. Assist in the regulation and coping with daily routines. Collaborate with teaching staff to support the National Curriculum. Help foster a positive learning environment for the child. Adapt your approach to meet the specific needs of the child. Ensure a smooth daily transition for the child in Key Stage 2 (KS2). Required Skills and Experience A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning. Previous experience in a UK Primary School setting. Confidence in supporting a child with SEN, particularly within Year 3. Familiarity with the National Curriculum and Key Stage 2 (KS2) expectations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and pupils.
