Our client seeks a Mental Health & Wellbeing Arts Programme Officer based in Belfast.
This position is a temporary ongoing position.
Hour of work Mon & Tues 9am-5.30pm
Rate of pay £14.50 per hour
Duties include but not limited to:

o Administer the planning, delivering, budgeting, and reporting for the programme.
o Assist applicants in their applications and assess applications.
o Assess whether financial and administrative information provided as part of grant applications meets stated criteria and prepare appropriate reports.
o Monitor and track the administrative and financial aspects of awards as appropriate to ensure compliance.
o Undertake the checking of financial paperwork, e.g. quotation and receipt checking and initiate payments within delegated limits.
o Build relationships with key stakeholders, including mental health organizations, arts organisations, and artists.
o Provide administrative support in organizing workshops, events, and other related programme activities.
o Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and collaborators.
o Manage data collection, monitoring and evaluation projects, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
o Oversee the dissemination of programme outcomes and best practices.
o To carry out any other activity as required to ensure the effective delivery of the programme.
Essential Criteria:
Educated to Degree standard or equivalent.
Proven experience of at least 2 years gained within the past 7 years, coordinating mental health programmes or projects and/or arts programmes or projects.
At least 1 year of experience gained withing the past 7 years maintaining and managing effective relationships with a wide range of organisations in the mental health field and/or the arts sector.
