At Revitive/Actegy, we’re on a mission to rid the world of leg pain, bringing back happiness to those whose lives have been impacted by symptoms of poor circulation. As the Global eCommerce Executive/Merchandiser, you’ll be joining a team that helps bring these values to life across our consumer touch points.
You’ll play a key role in maximising sales, improving website conversion, and enhancing the online customer journey across our European & North American webstores. This will include effective site merchandising, UX/UI optimisation, and data analysis/reporting. You’ll work closely with the wider eComm, Marketing, and Design team to ensure the web content accurately reflects trade plans to help deliver exceptional customer experience and 360 marketing campaigns.
Utilising tools such as GA4, together with Microsoft Clarity, you’ll get under the skin of the customer journey to generate data-led ideas for improvement. Working closely with the Senior eComm & CRO Manager, you will help develop & deploy improved UX/UI via our A/B Testing software VWO.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the eCommerce content localisation briefing process and support the Design team to update the websites via our Content Management System, Contensis.
* Review existing content, ensuring all landing pages are optimised for the best-in-class customer experience, while putting forward ideas & suggestions for new opportunities.
* Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure all web updates, including publishing, SKU updates, and digital activation are delivered accurately and on time.
* Analytics & Reporting:
* Use analytics, user feedback & session recordings to improve the performance of our websites, campaigns, and promotions.
* Deploy & analyse consumer surveys to gain insights into consumer bugbears.
* Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to various departments on general web performance, key trading campaigns, and targeted experiences, ensuring the content provides both insight and actionable takeaways.
* Monitor and disrupt online competitor sales.
* Conversion Rate Optimisation:
* Review the customer journey, from acquisition to conversion, and pinpoint leaky buckets to identify opportunities for web improvements.
* Contribute towards the planning and execution of the CRO roadmap - from diagnosis & testing to insights & deployment.
* Help build split, multivariate and split tests to hypotheses and theories discovered from diagnosis.
* Collaborate with our external developers and aid in the QA testing & deployment of new UX & UI enhancements.
Key Skills
* Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing the delivery of insight and presenting to senior stakeholders & supporting departments.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills, to manage multiple data sets and drive insight. Combining this with excellent communication skills to be able to ‘tell the story’ of the numbers.
* Must be able to work independently and influence those around you positively to get things done.
* Strong experience with site analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
* Understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
* Proactive and data-driven mindset.
Experience Required
* 1-2 years experience in coordinating projects/campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience in analysing data.
* Experience of working across multiple countries as part of a central team.
* Understanding of A/B testing execution.
* Experience of working with Google Analytics.
