The Education and Training Foundation is seeking an exceptional Data Insight Strategist to play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.

Your expertise will focus on leveraging customer data, CRM systems, and analytics to inform business decisions and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a data-driven strategy, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
* Oversee the management of our CRM system, ensuring its suitability and efficacy in supporting business needs.
* Maintain strict adherence to GDPR and DfE compliance standards, working closely with the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
* Drive data governance initiatives, fostering a culture of transparency and trust within the organization.
* Manage the data budget, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Collaborate with the data team to establish ambitious data objectives and deliverables, promoting continuous improvement and regular reviews.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership and people management experience, preferably in the FE or not-for-profit sectors.
* Expertise in relational databases (e.g., D365 CRM) and content/learning management systems (e.g., Umbraco, Moodle).
* A strong track record of success in delivering outcomes and beneficial change through data and insight.
* Experience in formulating operational strategy, including KPIs and reporting.
* Ability to prioritize a varied workload and work to tight deadlines.
* Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights tailored for stakeholder interests.
* Comprehensive understanding of data protection laws, including GDPR.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, fixed-term position until March 2026. The salary is £60,300 per annum, with service and performance-related progression opportunities. Based in London, Victoria, this role offers a unique chance to join a vibrant and cooperative environment.
