Location: Hybrid working available, but must be in the office at least 2 days a week.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
2. Preparing and sending daily/weekly client reports.
3. Managing and inputting data efficiently in Excel.
4. Providing top-notch customer service and handling phone inquiries.
5. Collaborating with the team while being self-sufficient when needed.
What We’re looking for:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. A detail-oriented individual with great data management skills.
3. Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
4. A team player who can also work independently.
5. Must have a construction background.
6. Previous experience on site essential.
7. Previous admin experience essential.
8. (Preferred) Able to commute to Swadlincote.
