As a HR & OD Manager within our EPR Digital Transformation Programme, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation’s workforce. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our People and Culture strategy is fully integrated with the digital change initiatives.
Main duties of the job
Develop and implement a comprehensive programme of new ways of working that aligns with the goals of the EPR digital transformation programme. Work with EPR change and engagement colleagues to identify the skills, roles, and competencies needed to support the EPR digital transformation, and plan for future recruitment, development, and retention of talent.

Person specification
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent relevant experience.
* Post Graduate professional management qualification or significant equivalent level experience in a Leadership, Management, Team Development, in a highly specialist OD or HR related discipline.
* Evidence of delivering leadership, OD, and/or HR and/or service improvement in a large complex environment.
* Specific OD or Leadership Qualifications.
Knowledge
* Experience working as a senior manager or significant experience working as an advisor in a developmental role within a complex organisation.
* Knowledge of key issues facing the NHS in the provision of excellent patient care.
* Significant experience in providing complex and sensitive information using negotiating and empathetic skills.
* Understanding of how NHS works and system administration experience.
* Significant proven experience and knowledge in organisational development theory and practice.
