Job summary The Quality Support Officer is responsible for a broad range of tasks that support quality assurance and clinical effectiveness in the Trust. They will work closely with the Quality and Effectiveness team to identify and prioritise these activities, supporting high quality patient care. Coordination of Leadership walkabouts and reporting. Medical Revalidation. Support for the development and publication of the Quality Account. Contribution to the Trust Greatix (learning from excellence) reporting system. Support for Audit Collating external agency visit recommendations to the Trust. Support to Clinical Boards with evaluation of GIRFT deep dive and national recommendations. Patient Safety Briefings scheduling and evaluation. Support for team with CQUIN schemes. Support for wider team and departmental duties.
