Casual Cafe Assistant - Bryngarw Country Park Cafe
We are recruiting a casual Café Assistant who will be based at any Awen café.
Day-to-day duties and responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and quality beverages as well as ensuring your working environment is always clean and hygienic.
This role requires engaging with different people every day, so the ideal candidate will be able to personalise service to each customer and build rapport to meet every customer’s needs.
Successful applicants will be friendly, approachable, positive and a team player, with the ability to adapt and be flexible to meet the requirements of the role.
Essential skills include organisation, communication, and time management, as well as the ability to think on your feet and work unsupervised in a busy environment.
