A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Studio Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing architecture practice. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll play an essential part in ensuring the studio operates smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be working closely with the Directors and design teams, assisting with day-to-day operations, managing calendars, and coordinating various administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing multiple responsibilities. A background in architecture or design is ideal, and a desire to thrive in a busy, creative environment will ensure your success.
Key responsibilities could include:
1. Diary management and scheduling for the Directors and design teams.
2. Organise travel arrangements, meetings, and office logistics.
3. Oversee studio supplies and manage general administrative duties.
4. Provide support in preparing documents, presentations, and project materials.
5. Assist with studio communication, client interaction, and event coordination.
