Key Responsibilities: Lead small group sessions and interventions, adapting materials to meet the diverse needs of learners. Assist class teachers in assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback. Supervise and support pupils during lessons, break times, and extracurricular activities. Prepare classroom resources and create vibrant displays to enhance the learning environment. Provide cover for class teachers during short-term absences or PPA time, ensuring high-quality teaching continuity. Requirements: HLTA qualification or substantial experience covering primary classes in the UK. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a primary school setting. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and educational frameworks. A positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication and organisational skills.
