Make a difference as a Retail Manager
No visit to PGL is complete without a trip to the Gift Shop, a treasure trove of souvenirs, teddies and treats! Our retail and social hubs are vibrant and welcoming… just like our Retail team!
You’ll be responsible for leading a team of Retail Assistants and overseeing the day to day operations and profitability of our on-site retail areas including the shop and bar. This will be done through identifying operational trends; analysing customer data and making recommendations for improvement that delivers increased revenue and customer retention rates.
You will also take ownership for stock management, cash management and providing our customers with first class experience in all our retail areas. You will ensure that your team is operating efficiently to meet their targets, identifying any training required.
