Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher. You’ll supervise classes, manage behaviour, and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to ensure students stay engaged and on track with their studies. Key Responsibilities: Supervising whole classes during short-term teacher absences. Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students remain focused and on task. Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Supporting students with questions related to the lesson content. Working across a range of schools, adapting to different settings and learning environments. About You: Experience : Prior experience working with young people in an educational or youth work setting is desirable but not essential. Skills : Strong classroom management, communication, and organisational skills. A positive and adaptable approach is essential.
