Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Managing a ringfenced set of business development accounts, focusing on renewing existing business and generating new sales from these accounts, plus securing new clients.
* Making outbound calls to current clients to upsell and cross-sell (no cold calling).
* Logging activity and maintaining up-to-date client information within Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.
* Delivering achievable sales targets with enthusiasm and adaptability.

Essential and Desirable Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A positive mindset and the ability to stay motivated in a challenging sales environment.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business platforms.
* Strong administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and organization.
It would be great if you also have:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Previous sales experience or experience with outbound client management.
