Salary: 40,000 - 40,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* Strong alignment with our core values and competencies.
* At least 3 years of experience delivering, maintaining, and supporting IT systems both remotely and on-site, including project delivery.
* Proficiency with Microsoft products: Windows 10 & 11, Office 365, SCCM, and Intune.
* Knowledge of network routing, switching, and patching.
* Experience with VOIP telephony configuration and support.
* Proactive in implementing and documenting improvements.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver on-site, specialized 2nd line technical support along with desktop and audio-visual hardware management.
* Serve as a representative of the IT department, providing professional and efficient service to colleagues.
* Act as a primary contact for technical issues, ensuring timely incident resolution.
* Liaise with third-party vendors for technical support and asset management.
* Meet service level agreements (SLAs) effectively.
* Follow company processes, including change and problem management.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation in line with updates and maintenance activities.
* Stay informed on current technology developments.
* Be available for unsocial hours when necessary.
