Human Resources and Operations coordinator
£45,000-50,000 + benefits
Our client is a small but growing tech firm with trendy offices in the West End.
A newly created position has arisen to bring the Human resources function inhouse and assist with some operational tasks including management of the receptionist.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will drive impactful global People & Culture projects, in order to build a connected, thriving workplace.
You will drive improvements with the people strategy and enhance the employee experience, whilst aligning with the business goals of this exciting business.
This Human Resources role will act as a key driver in building improvements in employee relations and compensation to performance and development, resulting in a high performing workplace.
The ideal Human resources coordinator will have previous experience in a start-up, fast-paced company culture, where you have implemented systems and broad HR strategy.
Educated to CIPD level 5 or equivalent, you will have strong employment law knowledge and may have exposure to European legislation.
You will oversee UK payroll and act as the point of contact for the outsourced provider.
They work in a hybrid environment with 1 day working from home.
Salary is dependent on experience.
