We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to support the smooth flow of supply chain operations for a leading 1st-tier automotive manufacturer. You will be responsible for managing customer schedules, coordinating transport, and ensuring accurate documentation to keep deliveries running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer schedules via EDI and ERP systems (Baan).
* Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and transport schedules.
* Liaise with customers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve logistics issues.
* Assist with inventory management, stock levels, and returnable packaging tracking.
* Support warehouse and logistics teams with administrative tasks.
* Ensure compliance with industry and company transport policies.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in logistics administration or supply chain (automotive preferred).
* Strong organisational and data entry skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EDI, and ERP systems (Baan or similar).
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
* A team player who can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
