Due to the continued growth of our business and our relocation to our new office in Blackburn town centre, We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administrator/Negotiator to join our dynamic team. Ideally experienced in business administration or similar.
Role Description
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and lettings departments by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between vendors, buyers, landlords, tenants, solicitors etc. and ensuring that sales and lettings processes run smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who is very customer orientated and thrives in a very fast-paced environment and possesses strong organisational and multi tasking skills. We are looking at a dynamic individual with drive and ambition to join our team to support the administration of our business with the potential to eventually develop into a full-time negotiator role.
Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings team, including diary management, process tenancy applications, preparing tenancy documentation, completing post move in documentation, completing sales documentation and progressing property sales and maintaining records.
