About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing credit hire and repair claims with a value of up to £10k, ensuring they are handled in line with our business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of newly reported fault claims, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes efficiently, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, maintaining a deep understanding of industry requirements.
