The Role
At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams.
This time, we’re on the lookout for a French Speaking/Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will be working with the rest of our Contact Centre Team in Milton Keynes.
We have a number of full time shifts available with up to 39.15 hours per week. All shifts require an element of flexibility with weekends.
Our French customer service team is open between Monday to Sunday 08:00 – 18:00 and Weekends 08:00 – 17:00.
What you will be doing
You will be representing our brand, providing our valued customers with consistently effortless experiences that inspire confidence and trust. With the customer at the heart of everything you do, you'll help them place orders, manage queries and resolve complaints through webchat, emails, and calls.

Alongside being fluent in French and English, you’ll have a genuine desire to help our customers and will be passionate about people with first class communication skills, both written and verbal.
