Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Salary: circa £25,000 for part-time or £32,000 for full-time
Job Location: March/Peterborough
You can work part-time or full-time (Can be flexible on hours)
Part-time hours: 8:30am-3:30pm
Full-time hours: 9:00am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process the payroll for up to 200 employees start to finish using Sage
2. Year-end calculations
3. Ensure compliance with current pension regulations and maintain accurate records
4. Set up new employees
5. Data entry on Excel
6. Meet deadlines
7. Answering all payroll queries
8. Assist with other duties in the business when required
Key Qualities and Experience:
1. Experience using Sage
2. Advanced using Excel and all Microsoft packages
3. Experience processing the payroll from start to finish
4. Flexible, happy to take on any task at hand, highly organized, friendly, and professional
