My client is a residential contractor based in Beaconsfield, looking for a Document Controller/Administrator (trainee options available).
The vacancy is to start immediately.
* 1-2 years experience in the construction industry required; trainees considered.
* Maintain document control filing and archiving per company procedures.
* Check document validity according to the Document Numbering System.
* Record documents in the database, organize dispatch, and collect comments.
* Provide secretarial support to management, including meetings, agendas, minutes, and diary management.
* Support the team administratively and provide comprehensive departmental support.
* Liaise with other companies/sites.
* Duties will vary daily.
