* Basic salary £35,000 – £40,000 p.a. DOE

The Job
Duties:
* Proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to onboard new customers
* Act as a main point of contact for customers
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Create customer account plans
* Identify, develop, and explore opportunities to grow accounts
* Negotiate and agree prices
* Manage the renewal process and retain customers
* Manage and resolve customer complaints
* Monthly reporting
* Visit customers as required
What You’ll Need
* Experience as an Account Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, or similar
* Background in the service sector
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Desire to develop and grow professionally
* Motivated and driven to succeed
* Computer literate – proficient in MS Office and able to pick up new systems quickly
* Full UK Driving Licence
