We have 2 openings for New Business Advisors (SDR) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in either office brokerage, serviced office market, estate agency, or commercial real estate sectors or the fitness industry.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven professional with a passion for connecting businesses with their ideal workspaces. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our growth in the dynamic office brokerage market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation - Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.
2. Client Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored office solutions.
3. Market Research - Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position Nativspace’s services.
4. Collaboration - Work closely with the business development team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and support the closing process.
5. CRM Management - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead progress in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.
6. Performance Tracking - Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets, contributing to overall sales goals.
7. Feedback Loop - Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation strategies and improve service offerings.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar role within the office brokerage, serviced office market, estate agency, or commercial real estate sectors; will consider hungry salespeople with a track record in reaching new business targets.
2. Proven track record of successfully generating leads and achieving sales targets.
3. Ideally an understanding of the office leasing process and the unique needs of businesses in various sectors.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
5. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
