We also care about our community and work with local partners to try to reduce inequalities and improve lives. Employees often get involved with these activities and love being able to have a positive impact.

You will be working as part of a team building high quality software for a diverse array of customers. This could range from a web-based HR solution to a system for synchronising prices across hundreds of vet practices. * A focus on successful customer outcomes and team happiness.
* Creativity and resilience when challenges threaten to knock a project off track.
It would also be a bonus if you had experience of business analysis on software development projects, and/or experience of software development, but this is not essential.
Your main duties will be:
* Planning, reporting on, and delivering all elements of software projects; taking into account the specific commercial parameters, time constraints and risks.
* Managing customers and other stakeholders, including working with them to gather and develop their requirements.
* Fostering a collaborative and constructive environment which amplifies the strengths of your team.
* In collaboration with your team, explaining complex technical concepts or constraints in a way that customers can understand and reason about.
* Collaborating with our sales team to create proposals that demonstrate value to clients.
What might you be like?
* Willingness to embrace Ghyston culture, help others and be open-minded.
* Looking to mentor and grow the team, as well as others within the organisation.
* Happy to work in our central-Bristol office for at least half of your working time, or where the business requires it.
* Pro-active approach to work and problem-solving.
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Forward thinking approach, and happy to work with employees at every level of the business.
We realise there are a few bullet points here. If you don’t feel you meet every single point in the ad but still think you could be a great fit we would love to hear from you! Please apply and let us know why you think you would be right for the role.
