Transport Administrator
Location : Feltham, London - Location isn't accessible by public transport
Salary : £28,000 per year
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pertemps are currently looking for a Transport Administrator to join our clients team in Feltham. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and looking to work in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our transport services.
Key Responsibilities :
* Provide administrative support to the transport team, ensuring efficient operations.
* Coordinate Driver schedules and maintain accurate records of routes and deliveries.
* Manage communications with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Handle customer inquiries related to transport and deliveries.
* Process transport-related paperwork, including delivery notes, invoices, and timesheets.
* Assist in tracking fleet movements and ensuring all records are up-to-date.
* Prepare reports and assist with data entry for transport and logistics operations.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements :
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools.
* Ability to work well in a team and independently.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
