In the role as a Customer Service Advisor (Known internally as Specialist) at our Bolton site you will be providing a world class customer service to our customers across the EMEAI region through a proactive and highly focused service. Our site at Bolton produces specialist coatings and paints and you will be supporting our customers with their orders, shipments and queries. This role is ideal for someone with logistics /shipping experience alongside a career of providing excellent customer service. In this role you will be accountable for the Process specialist orders across multiple Sherwin Williams (SW) business platforms including Functional Coatings, Flooring, and Protective and Marine. Provide support for effective Global Spoke Management including stock levels, avoidance of obsolescence, set up of new products, Rationalization of existing products, and manage physical inventories. Work to initiate a team culture with existing spoke employees to ensure world class customer service is provided. Manage the Flooring Distribution Centers effectively, including stock levels and obsolescence.
