Position Summary: The Amazon Territory Lead plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing our Amazon Vendor channel, focusing on maximising product visibility, optimising sales performance, and ensuring operational efficiency within your assigned countries. This role demands strategic planning, comprehensive analytical capabilities, and proactive management of accounts to drive success. Key Performance Objectives: 1. Sales Performance Enhancement: Increase sales volumes in your territories with strategies for Year-over-Year growth. Utilise competitive analysis and customer insights for an optimised sales approach, strengthening market presence and sustainable growth. 2. Profitability and Inventory Management : Maintain a minimum Net Profit Margin Percentage (NET PPM%) while effectively managing inventory in collaboration with the Amazon operational team. Conduct weekly reviews for optimal stock levels supporting sales and profitability goals. 3. Product Launch and Listings Optimisation: Lead new product launches in your territories ensuring optimal online presentation and discoverability. Apply SEO best practices and collaborate with the Amazon advertising team for enhanced product visibility, ensuring high initial sales and long-term success. 4. Promotional Strategy Development and Continuous Improvement: Design and execute monthly promotional campaigns tailored to customer preferences and seasonal trends. Analyse sales rankings and inventory levels for continuous improvements, enhancing market position and responsiveness to Amazon market dynamics. 5. Amazon Platform Mastery and Reporting: Stay updated with the latest Amazon Vendor Central platform updates and industry best practices. Conduct weekly performance analyses and provide detailed reports to senior management. Use insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge within your territories.
