The Role
As a Multiskilled Foreperson, you will play a key role in supporting teams across Trivallis to provide and effective, efficient and customer focussed service. This will include assisting with general cleaning, grounds maintenance, general estate cleansing.

The successful candidate will:
* Be someone who wants to make a difference, is flexible, committed to working as part of a team and can work to tight deadlines.
* Willingness to work outdoors.
* Have experience of independent working and working as part of a team.
What you’ll do…
The role involves working on a mobile basis within the Rhondda Cynon Taff area, as part of the Estates and Communities team.
You will provide an effective, efficient and customer focussed service. This will include assisting with general cleaning, grounds maintenance, general estate cleansing.
What you’ll be responsible for…
* Working in all cleaning, environmental and grounds maintenance works.
* Required to establish good relationships with our tenants and residents within our communities on the delivery of grass cutting, ground clearance, cleaning of communal areas, general labouring duties.
* Driving a Trivallis company fleet vehicle for your day to day role.
