What you’ll be doing day to day.
As a Dispenser, your customer care will be exceptional. It’s more than providing the medicine customers need; it’s about giving them a reassuring experience. It’s the little things that make a big difference, like a friendly chat. Using your expert knowledge and brilliant advice, you’ll put our customers at ease. You’ll also inform customers about the fantastic health services we offer and how they can benefit from them. You’ll support the Pharmacy team as the first point of call for customer queries. Your amazing customer care and attention to detail will keep our customers coming back.

Build great relationships with the Pharmacy team; the more advice we can give, the better our customers feel. Share what you know with your team, as it could make a difference. Know our customers – it can significantly impact the way we do things. By passing on feedback and taking action, you’ll be part of improving our care even more. What you’ll need to have.
