* Uncapped commission with an OTE starting at £45,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities and create effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure repeat business
* Offer tailored solutions that meet clients' specific needs
* Consistently exceed sales targets to support business growth and enhance market presence
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and proactive problem-solving
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a business development role, with a strong sales track record
* Experience in the energy, power electronics, or battery solutions sectors is highly desirable
* Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced B2B environment
* Strong ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making
* A self-starter with a drive to meet targets and deliver business success
* Capable of managing multiple opportunities and prioritizing effectively
* Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools
* Ability to quickly understand client needs and provide the right solutions
