We are delighted to be partnering with Bauder, an Investors in People Platinum accredited business as they continue to expand. This is a newly created Resourcing Manager role in their dynamic HR team.
Bauder is a leading international manufacturer of building construction materials who provide clients with a complete technical roofing solution and package from inception to completion, to meet their every requirement.
Bauder is a values lead organisation, with an award-winning culture, who are investing heavily in their future, both from an infrastructure perspective and their people. The recruitment of this position will play a pivotal part of that investment and growth.
Working alongside the HR Director, you will be primarily tasked with promoting external and internal talent pipeline, succession planning, and delivering best-in-class recruitment strategy. This role ideally suits someone who has a generalist HR background with a strong track record in talent and recruitment. Candidates should ideally have previous internal talent management experience and knowledge of working in a commercial HR team.

5. Supporting the L&D function
Alongside the proven experience within a resourcing role, candidates should have exceptional communication skills, previous experience of using an ATS, the ability to interpret HR data, and be able to work under pressure.
