We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Sushi Chef de Partie to prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes, collaborate with the culinary team, and maintain a clean and organized sushi station.
* Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes in accordance with established recipes.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
* Maintain a clean and organized sushi station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
* Assist in inventory management, ordering, and maintaining quality control of sushi ingredients.
* Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, contributing to the development of a cohesive culinary team.
* Actively participate in menu development, bringing forward ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sushi Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment.
* Strong understanding of various sushi techniques and Japanese cuisine.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality culinary standards.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
