Responsibilities
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide daily leadership support to the deputy management and supervisory team.
* Drive performance of the full team by ensuring that all performance management processes and ways of working are adhered to and that an annual L&D plan is in place for all.
* Regularly review the business performance and take appropriate remedial action in conjunction with the relevant team members.
* In conjunction with the store owner, develop an annual commercial plan with realistic targets and clear strategic initiatives that will support the achievement of the targets.
* Set and role model operational standards including customer experience, for the store and its people.
* Flexibility to support the duty management function at key times.
