Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic SEN Teaching Assistant in the Maidstone area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting students' educational development alongside experienced teachers.

Responsibilities:
* Individualised Support: Provide personalized learning activities, one-on-one support, and small group sessions.
* Classroom Assistance: Work closely with teachers to create an engaging and welcoming classroom environment by helping prepare and organize materials and resources to inspire a love of learning.
* Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students' well-being and safeguarding.
* Behavior Management: Assist in managing student behavior and promoting positive social interactions.
* Progress Tracking: Help assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/carers.

Requirements:
* Experience: Experience working with SEN children, preferably in a teaching assistant role.
* Love for Learning: A genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in students.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, teachers, and parents/carers.
* Organisational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities.
* Patience and Resilience: Patience and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
* Qualifications: A relevant qualification or a willingness to undertake training.
