Contract length: 9 month contract Hybrid working 3 days on site in Hertfordshire Rate: £550/day Inside IR35 Join a dynamic Finance Centre of Excellence team as a Interim Finance Systems Process Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in a high-impact finance transformation initiative. This position offers the unique opportunity to shape and optimise finance processes and controls within a new SAP on Rise and associated digital tooling, significantly influencing how finance operates across the organisation. Your expertise will directly contribute to embedding best practices, ensuring IFRS compliance, and fostering user competence and adoption of advanced finance technologies. What You'll Do: Facilitate and support engaging workshops focused on finance systems processes and controls. Lead comprehensive documentation efforts, creating clear, detailed work instructions, process flows, and control frameworks. Collaborate closely with Finance System Leads and external consultants to document key design decisions, ensuring alignment with IFRS standards and organizational policies. Actively participate in system design discussions, championing compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence. Contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of processes within the Finance Centre of Excellence, driving consistency and effectiveness across finance operations. Who We're Looking For: At least 3 years' proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst, ideally within transformational or system-focused roles. Demonstrated success in documenting, improving, and standardising financial processes and controls. Prior hands-on experience with SAP implementations, migrations, or enhancements. Solid knowledge of IFRS requirements and the ability to embed compliance into finance systems and processes. Strong analytical thinker who proactively identifies process enhancements and cost-saving opportunities. Highly detail-oriented professional, committed to accuracy and excellence. Exceptional organisational and time-management capabilities, comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging diverse stakeholders.
