Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £50,800)
Hours: 5 days per week on a rota, weekend work will be required

We are seeking an experienced Roaming Centre Manager, with a background in light vehicle maintenance and repair to join our client's team in the High Wycombe area. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of our client's stores and repair centres in the High Wycombe area.

Roaming Centre Manager Responsibilities:
1. Workshop Management: Lead the daily operations, ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity in the servicing and repair of cars and vans.
2. Budget & Cost Control: Manage budgets and control costs, ensuring financial efficiency.
3. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce rigorous health and safety standards within the workshop.
4. Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring effective fleet maintenance.
5. Workload Planning: Plan and schedule workloads.
6. Invoicing Systems: Oversee and ensure the effective operation of invoicing systems.
Roaming Centre Manager Requirements:
1. Managerial Experience: Previous experience managing a workshop, particularly with LCVs and Light Vehicles.
2. Leadership Skills: Strong team leadership and management abilities.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills.
4. IT Skills: Proficient in IT, with the ability to manage invoicing and other digital systems.
5. Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management.
6. Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in-the-moment training.
7. Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety.
8. Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPIs.
9. Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
10. IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems.
11. Good time management.
12. A current valid driving licence.
