Customer Performance Manager Location: Hybrid with Daventry office one day per week Salary: £45,000 Hours: 35 hours per week Job Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The purpose of this role is to drive customer satisfaction and business growth by fostering strong, trustworthy relationships through the provision of insightful customer-centric information. This role will seek to understand and support our customers use of our services, ensure contractual compliance and look for opportunities to grow the business. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Build strong relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities of growth and maximise customer retention Produce management information as requested by our customers Identifying new tender opportunities and tracking existing tenders Analyse and interpret company data to provide trends and insight for customers and internal stakeholders Ensure the business adheres to contractual requirements and compliance Represent the business in customer review meetings to ensure performance meets contractual requirements Being a key contact point between Case Handlers and the Clinical Operations Management team to ensure case managers are meeting the process/system requirements via direct feedback and case reviews Collaborate with key internal stakeholders as a customer advocate to improve our product and service offerings Provide monthly updates to the management team to build clear understanding of customer behaviour and potential for sale penetration Identify opportunities to build the company profile with potential customers Support BD team on educating claimants about who we can work with SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Experience in management information Strong data and analytical skills and IT skills Strong attention to detail Proficient in Power BI and intermediate Excel and comfortable navigating a bespoke Case Management System Exposure to account management and customer interaction Preferred experience in the legal or commercial insurance sector PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Strong time management Self-motivated Confident in approach Curious Unified Driven Passionate Flexible In addition to a competitive salary, we offer 25-28 days holiday, a contributory pension, and a healthcare scheme with Simply Health.
