Part Time General Assistant
Location: New Court, Lansdown Road, Cheltenham, GL50 2JG
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Hours: 16 hours per week
Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a General Assistant at our Private Retirement Communities, New Court, Cheltenham. The role of General Assistant will include:
* Providing a waiter service in our in-house restaurant, taking orders, serving food and drinks
* Assisting the chef with food prep and cleaning
* Manning the bar and operating an EPOS till system
* Providing an efficient service in a luxury environment for the owners, family, and friends
* Assisting in creating a homely atmosphere for the owners
* Accurate cash handling and reconciliation duties at the end of shifts
* Ensuring that the highest level of customer care and service are maintained at all times
Skills and experiences:
* Able to demonstrate a competent level of numeracy and literacy
* Some experience of bar work in a hotel or other residential setting
* Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties
* Good communication and customer care skills
