An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed term Band 5 Community Registered Nurse post to cover maternity leave within Angus Integrated Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services nursing services.
We would welcome a registered healthcare professional to work within our multi-disciplinary team in AIDARS, across multiple clinical interfaces, encompassing primary and secondary care clinical settings including, Nurse Led Clinics, patient homes and primary care services.
The post holder will work in partnership with the AIDARS Charge Nurse, Prescribers and social workers and responsibilities will be inclusive of:
Participate as a member of the Angus Integrated Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service (AIDARS) in the provision of Substance Use services.Responsible for managing own caseload within a defined geographical area, having responsibility for carrying out individualized Substance Use assessment to determine comprehensive care packages and interventions for clients experiencing Substance use problems. Participate in Duty Worker rota for AIDARS: act as single point of contact for referrals; identify, prioritise, and make decisions regarding the most appropriate service for referrals;Foster a multi-disciplinary approach liaising with primary and secondary care services.
It is essential you are a UK Registered Healthcare professional with clinical, experience
