Robert Half is representing a dynamic, growing business looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding finance team. You'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate sales reporting, financial analysis, and supporting the wider business in maximising profitability. The role involves working closely with a high-performing sales team and regularly engaging with senior stakeholders, including the Finance Director and Board Members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and analyse sales data, providing real-time performance insights to senior management
* Ensure accuracy of sales transactions and lender commission policies
* Support the preparation of regular sales reporting and assist in decision-making with insightful analysis
* Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely supplier payments
* Support the Management Accountant with internal expenses and aged debtors review
* Assist in the administration of own book payouts and other finance-related duties
Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in sales reporting and financial analysis
2. Familiarity with financial software and CRM systems; Xero experience is a plus
