East Riding, West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, Lincolnshire OR North Lincolnshire.
Basic Salary £23,400 + £8,000 commission potential (OTE up to £32k) + car + extensive health plan and benefits.
I am looking for Lead Generation Executives to join a fantastic brand who are on a mission to provide lightning-fast, reliable broadband to rural areas across all of Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
As a Lead Generation Executive, you’ll manage your own diary and will be working in your local community drumming up interest in my client’s services, taking leads and passing them on to the sales team – not converting into sales yourself.
It’s also a great way to develop into a sales role and earn higher commission and salary over time.
My client is a booming business, having secured another £250 million to onboard more than 500,000 rural premises across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
They’ve also secured contracts worth £190m under the government’s Project Gigabit programme, which, on completion, will connect almost 170,000 homes to full-fibre broadband in hard-to-reach rural areas.
So, if you’re a confident, driven person who enjoys engaging face-to-face with the general public, this role could be for you!
The Community Lead Generation Executive has a starting salary of £23,400, with commission on lead generation paid monthly, giving an OTE of up to £32,000 per annum.
You’ll also get a fully expensed company car, up to 30 days holiday (plus public holidays), extensive healthcare, 10% pension, and a raft of retail discounts.
You’ll receive extensive training at their state-of-the-art headquarters, including on their market-leading technology, systems, and Salesforce CRM.
As a Community Lead Generation Executive, you’ll work in a tight-knit team promoting their brand in local communities, attending events, door-to-door visits, and generating leads for the sales team to convert.
What’s on offer:
1. Brand new company vehicle
2. Holidays - 25 days plus bank holidays
3. An additional 5 days off a year for your birthday, house move, and wedding day
4. Buy up to 3 additional days holidays, 2 days off for charity/community participation
5. Holidays increase after 2, 3, and 4 years
6. Pension – 5% employer & 5% employee contribution
7. Health Scheme – covering prescriptions, GP and optician charges, therapy allowance, private outpatient consultations, NHS parking claim back, EAP, 24/7 remote GP service & member discounts
8. Company sick pay
9. High Street Shopping Discount Scheme
10. Regular ‘Lunch & Learns’ and companywide ‘Elevenses’ meets to discuss company direction
11. Regular social events
12. Company awards schemes with regular cash winners
If this is of interest to you, or you know someone who might be a good fit – feel free to get in touch.
