Your new role
1. Kitchen, bathroom & window installations in occupied & void properties
2. Carry out general maintenance where required
3. Working collaboratively with other trades and support teams to provide efficient, customer-focused service.
4. Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and organisational standards
What you'll need to succeed
5. Must be time-served
6. Proven maintenance experience in void and occupied properties
7. Strong knowledge of health and safety standards related to joinery and construction.
8. Full clean UK driving licence
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.
