Customer Support Agent : Financial Services : Remote role
Pertemps is currently recruiting for Customer Support Agents with experience working within a financial services background.
Salary: GBP 26,000
Contract : REMOTE
Contract: Temp : Perm after 12 weeks
Hours: Mon : Fri 8am:5pm ( 1 8am:6pm shift a month)
Duties:
: Process inbound calls from customers and deal with these calls correctly and accurately with a high level of professionalism.
: Process outbound calls to customers, contacting them for due and overdue accounts to assist with payment and arrangements within the affordable guideline
: Record all customer contact notes accurately on the system
: Achieve affordable payment plans for customers to assist them and repatriate where possible
: Accountable for reducing default and delinquency for all assigned account
: Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers
: Ensure all customer outcomes are within regulation and to the benefit of both the customer and the business.
: Meet defined department Quality Assurance metrics (KPIs, SLA)
Requirements:
: The candidate must have experience in the financial service industry or collections/recoveries
: Experience of working within the FCA guidelines
: Knowledge and experience in dealing with vulnerable customers
: Attention to detail and accuracy
: Focus on quality customer service
