Your role will entail designing and delivering lessons, conducting practical demonstrations, and assessing students' progress through assignments / exams. You will also play a key role in curriculum development, staying updated with industry trends and standards to ensure students receive relevant and up to date training. Additionally, you may be tasked with providing guidance on career pathways, industry certifications and work placements to assist students in transitioning successfully into the workplace. Key Responsibilities: To deliver Maths qualifications to 16-19 year old learners alongside their vocational studies at our Highbury and North Harbour campuses. In addition to delivering to 19 adult learners who wish to improve their mathematical skills and gain recognised qualifications. Students will study across a range of courses which include; Functional Skills Entry, Level 1, Level 2 as well as GCSE Conducting demonstrations and hands-on training to enhance students practical skills and understanding Providing constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their skills and achieve learning outcomes Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum design, program development and quality assurance initiatives Represent COPC with the upmost professionalism with every interaction Handling of sensitive information with confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes diversity, equality and respect among all members of the college community.
