About The Role
We are seeking a Professional Learning & Product Facilitator (Digital) to join HC-One on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal role, you will enhance the professional development and productivity of our Colleagues through comprehensive soft skills learning and development, coaching and mentoring, product delivery training, and active participation in our wider Digital programme.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in equipping our workforce with the essential skills and competencies needed to excel in their roles and drive organisational success through our new Digital platforms.
You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training sessions focused on a wide range of interpersonal skills essential for the successful delivery of our Digital programmes within our homes, supporting Colleagues with their digital journey, including digital product training/coaching and support. You will be ensuring consistent and impactful training delivery occurs across our diverse workforce, located within two of our geographical groups.
The role involves extensive travel to various locations, with frequent overnight stays in pre-booked accommodation as part of your regular schedule.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualifications & Experience: A PTTLS qualification and a Coaching diploma (or equivalent), with at least 4 years of training delivery experience.
* Training Expertise: Proven success in delivering digital product training alongside soft skills and professional development programs, ideally within Health & Social Care.
* Coaching & Feedback: Strong coaching abilities, providing clear, constructive feedback focused on growth and solutions.
* Soft Skills Knowledge: Expertise in communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
* Organisational Skills: Excellent time management, able to balance multiple projects and priorities effectively.
* Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel extensively, including frequent overnight stays in pre-booked accommodation.
