As part of the senior leadership team at a global insurance provider, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on policy development and strategy.
The Role:
* Oversee policy wording development, ensuring its legally robust and commercially viable.
* Product management experience, leading strategic wording transformation.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to align policies and negotiate technical content.
* Stay up to date with legal, regulatory, and industry developments, including Consumer Duty and other relevant regulations.
* Work closely with other senior management and internal teams to drive business success.
Your Background:
* Qualified Lawyer in England & Wales.
* 6+ PQE (guideline only; more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply).
* Extensive experience in insurance policy wording, gained in-house at a top-tier company or within a leading law firm.
* Expertise in commercial insurance, delegated authority agreements, and broker wordings.
* Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
