Job Description
1. Conduct regular proactive account reviews to identify account growth & improvement opportunities.
2. Pro-active & re-active retention of accounts.
3. Providing excellent aftercare services to existing partners.
4. Maintain customer rapport through regular outbound and inbound engagements.
5. Attentive to all queries and support to merchants in relation to their Quandoo account and services.
6. Digital widget implementation on Partner Mobile & Desktop sites (training provided).
7. Ensuring all activity is correctly flagged and managed through our CRM.
8. Full responsibility and realization of your KPIs (quantitative and qualitative goals).
Qualifications
1. 1-2 years of Accounts Management and/or Sales experience.
2. Be efficient, assertive, and have quick decision-making capability.
3. A positive attitude and exceptional organisational skills.
4. You are analytical, structured, and self-disciplined to work independently.
5. Have outstanding communication and rapport building skills.
6. Must be good at objection handling and providing support solutions.
7. Be agile & dynamic, suited to a fast-paced environment as tasks & focus can change regularly.
