CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a HVAC Mechanical Data Centre Technician to join the team located in London docklands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for control and supervision of work tasks for planned and reactive maintenance with support from the building engineering Supervisor and day team. They will also be liaising with Engineering management and client personnel to ensure all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with site policies and procedures and within health and safety legislative requirements.
