Job Description
Are you an experienced receptionist within a commutable distance of Slough? We are looking for flexible reception cover on an ad-hoc basis for occasional day shifts.
Please note: This is an occasional, temporary position, providing cover as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the front desk, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors: welcoming and assisting them
* Answer and direct calls through the switchboard
* Maintain office calendars and manage meeting room bookings
* Handle office supply orders
* Provide ad-hoc administrative support when required
Requirements:
* Reasonable commute to SL1 Postcode
* Previous experience in a receptionist role
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Punctual, professional, and adaptable
