As part of the Asset leadership team, you will lead on property s afety and compliance, making sure Saxon Weald is compliant with legislation and regulatory requirements, and provides safe homes for our customers. With strong digital skills you will use data and systems to ensure that compliance programmes, inspections, audits, and remedial works are carried out as planned. You will use your technical knowledge and experience to f ulfil the role of Building Safety Manager in line with regulatory requirements whilst i dentifying, assessing, and managing risks related to M&E, property safety and compliance. As Head of Property Safety, you will lead and support your team to provide excellent customer service, and to deliver team and organisational goals. To be successful in this role you will need to have: Comprehensive knowledge of building safety laws, consumer regulations, CDM regulations and the ability to apply these practically. Membership with the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) or an equivalent degree-level technical qualification, such as in Mechanical and Electrical Services. Advanced digital skills for analysing complex data, making informed decisions, and clearly presenting insights. Demonstrable experience of effectively leading, motivating and developing a team Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, with experience collaborating across teams and working effectively with customers and contractors.
